Recruitment Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, with background in chemical engineering, chemical process or related majors.
At least 3 years of sales experience in chemical industry.
Familiar with the performance, usage and market situation of chemical products.
Possess good communication and negotiation skills, able to establish effective communication channels with customers.
Possess strong market development ability and customer relationship management ability.
Possess teamwork spirit, able to work with other departments.
Be able to adapt to business trip and have certain anti-pressure ability.
Job Description:
1. Responsible for the market development and sales of chemical products, to complete the sales task indicators.
2. Collect market information and customer needs, analyze market dynamics and competitors' situation.
3. Establish good cooperative relationship with customers, visit customers regularly and provide high quality customer service.
4. Promote the company's new products and new technologies, improve product awareness and market competitiveness.
5. Coordinate internal resources to ensure the smooth implementation of sales contracts, including product delivery and payment recovery.
6. Participate in the development of sales strategy and sales plan, and provide constructive advice for the development of the company.
