I. Product introduction

Chlorinated rubber is a kind of chlorinated polymer produced by the reaction between natural rubber and chlorine. The industrial product is white or light yellow powder, non-toxic and tasteless, with chlorine content of 63-65%, average relative molecular weight of 5000-10000, easily soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, ethers, esters, petroleum solvents and ketones (except acetone) and other organic solvents, miscible with many kinds of synthetic resins, such as alkyd resins, epoxy resins, phenol-formaldehyde resins and polyurethanes, and insoluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons, alcohols and water. Because the C-C main chain of chlorinated rubber contains a high content of chlorine atoms, and has a ring structure, so it has a lot of excellent application performance.

1, the molecular chain structure is saturated, does not contain double bonds and other reactive groups, so the chemical properties are stable, excellent corrosion resistance, can withstand acid and alkali, salt, chlorine, H2S, SO2 and other corrosive chemicals;

2、Cl-group has anti-mold and flame retardant properties, so the products have anti-mold and flame retardant properties;

3, C-Cl bond has strong polarity, so it has good adhesion on the surface of many materials such as steel, aluminum alloy, cement and wood;

4, with C-C main chain, belongs to rubber modified products, so it has good compatibility with natural rubber, neoprene rubber, nitrile rubber and other rubber;

5, has a ring structure, so the product adhesion, flame retardant, oil resistance and modulus of elasticity can be improved;

6, in 125 ℃ above the trace decomposition, in 200 ℃ above the non-softening and combustion, has good heat resistance.
